Hello everyone,

I’m making this post to inform you all about some changes I’m making in the new year.

Starting in January 2027, I will not be working the first Saturday of every month, instead working a Monday so that I can still offer the same amount of appointments. This also means I may be able to accommodate some kennel stay dogs being collected on Mondays, which I previously have been unable to offer. I will also be altering some appointment times, starting a little earlier in order to manage my days better and hopefully fit some more clients into my schedule.

With these changes, booking in advance is essential. As always, appointments are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. As a reminder, I have over 100 dogs on my books, and responsibility remains with the owners to ensure dogs are booked in for their next appointment.

From January there will also be a price increase of £2-£10. This will vary depending on individual dogs as every groom is different and adjusted to the individual dog’s needs. This change allows me to meet the increase in costs of equipment and services that I have to use to keep the business running and represents the skill and time that I have put into the last 5 years of grooming.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to pop me a message.
