One of those faces that makes you stop mid-walk for a photo 😂🐾

Lovely little walk with this guy. Plenty of sniffing, exploring and, apparently, checking I was still paying attention!

I always try to let dogs enjoy their walks at their own pace, whether that means a good wander, lots of sniffing or simply taking in what’s going on around them. 💚

🐱 A little reminder that Calm Paws isn’t just for dogs!

I also offer cat drop-in visits while you’re away, including feeding, fresh water, litter trays, a bit of fuss or play if they fancy it, and an update after each visit 🐾

Some cats take a little longer to decide whether I’m acceptable company… which is all part of the job 😂💚

Thanks,
Dom 🐾💚

Really grateful for this lovely review after a recent house sitting booking 🐾💚

The part that means the most to me is knowing that the meet and greet, the questions I asked and the updates during the booking helped them feel confident and comfortable leaving their dog with me.

That is exactly how I want people to feel when they trust me with their pets.

Reviews like this genuinely mean a lot and really help a small local business, so thank you 😊🐾

Had such a lovely day house sitting this little guy recently 🐾

Bug settled in really quickly and spent the day enjoying cuddles, a nice walk, some enrichment and plenty of snoozing 😊

I always love seeing dogs relax properly in their own home once they realise they’re in safe hands.

I offer local house sitting, dog walking, drop ins and licensed home boarding around Chippenham and the surrounding villages.

💚 Another lovely review for Calm Paws by Dom 🐾

It was such a pleasure looking after this little girl for her first stay with me, and I’m so pleased to hear she went home happy and relaxed.

Her owner had never used Rover or a dog sitter before, so making sure both they and their pup felt comfortable from the very beginning was really important to me. We arranged a meet & greet beforehand, talked through her routine and care needs, and I kept them updated throughout the stay with plenty of photos and little “pupdates” 😊

Thank you so much for trusting me with her — she was an absolute sweetheart and will be very welcome back anytime 🥰🐾

🐾 A little milestone for Calm Paws by Dom… 💚

I’m really pleased to share that Calm Paws by Dom is now licensed by Wiltshire Council for Providing Home Boarding for Dogs, with a 4-star licence rating. 🏡🐶

It’s something I’m genuinely proud of. From the beginning, I’ve wanted Calm Paws to offer a small-scale, calm and personal environment where dogs can feel comfortable and owners can feel confident about the care they’re receiving.

A huge thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their dogs and cats, recommended Calm Paws, left lovely reviews or simply supported me along the way. It really does mean a lot. 💚

A couple of recent happy faces from Calm Paws by Dom 🐾

Chester and Milo have both been lovely to spend time with lately.

Chester has been enjoying his walks and little adventures out and about, and Milo has been full of character as always, with plenty of cuddles and belly rubs along the way.

These are the moments that make this work so rewarding 💚

A little Pepper appreciation post 🐾💚

She is sweet, affectionate, clever, and full of personality. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know her and spending time with her recently.

She settled so nicely with me, enjoyed her walks, and was such lovely company. Already missing her little face.

Thank you to Pepper’s owner for trusting Calm Paws by Dom 🐾
