🐾 IMPORTANT BUSINESS HOURS UPDATE 🐾

To allow me to prioritise some personal commitments, I’m making a few permanent changes to the opening hours at de Vils mischief & mutts grooming parlour. ❤️

From now on:

📅 MONDAYS — PERMANENTLY CLOSED
🐾 SATURDAYS — OPEN ONLY 2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH
✨ THE REST OF THE WEEK — OPEN AS USUAL

I really appreciate your understanding while I make these changes. My personal life is important to me, and these adjustments will help me continue giving your gorgeous pups the care, love and attention they deserve when they’re with me. 🐶❤️

GOOD MORNING…
as we are all aware of this water problem with not having any I think it’s quite obvious I can’t open and have twice now had to reschedule my clients, but please do be assured I will get everybody booked in when I can and if that means working through the night to get your fur baby’s groomed I will, keep positive people at this frustrating and stressful time🙏we always have wine 😂😂😘 much love to you all Jen 😘x

CUSTOMER NOTICE…
Could all customers please make sure I can contact you for collection as I have had quite a few customers that I can’t get hold of and your dog is sometimes waiting patiently for way over half an hour sometimes up to an hour because owners don’t answer phone, I only work 1 on 1 so sometimes I have dogs come in that are not great with other dogs and the salon isnt massive so it can be a problem sometimes when I have 2, not moaning honest 😂😂

🐾 A Little Update from De Vil’s Mischief & Mutts 🐾

Hi everyone,

With the temperatures becoming so extreme, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to adjust my opening times and appointments over the next few days.

As many of you know, the welfare, comfort and safety of every dog and cat that comes through my doors means everything to me. Unfortunately, the salon becomes extremely hot during this weather, and I would never put your pets, myself, or anyone else’s wellbeing at risk.

For that reason, I won’t be opening during the hottest parts of the day, and some appointments may need to be rearranged. If your appointment is affected, I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

I know this may cause some inconvenience, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Your pets are part of the De Vil’s Mischief & Mutts family, and their health and happiness will always come first.

As soon as temperatures return to a safe and comfortable level, normal opening hours will resume.

Thank you all for your continued support, kindness and understanding during this heatwave.
