🎆🐶 PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT: Preparing Your Dog for Firework Season 🐶🎆

Firework season can be a worrying time for dogs who don’t enjoy the bangs, flashes and unexpected noises. The best time to prepare is before the fireworks begin. 🐕

🌿 Dorwest Valerian Compound
A liquid herbal supplement designed to help calm and relax dogs during stressful situations. It can be particularly useful when you’re looking to support your dog through potentially unsettling events such as fireworks.

🌿 Dorwest Scullcap & Valerian Tablets
A handy tablet option containing Scullcap and Valerian, traditionally used to help dogs feel calmer and more relaxed during times of stress.

🐾 Our top tip: Start preparing early. Create a cosy, safe space for your dog, keep them company when fireworks are going off and consider calming support as part of your overall firework plan.

🎆 Don’t wait for the first bang! Get prepared now and help make firework season a little easier for your dog.

🐶 Pop in-store or shop online at Natural Choice Pet Foods to find out more about the Dorwest range.

🐶 WHAT’S IN BENYFIT? 👀🥩

Ever wondered what actually goes into your dog’s bowl when you feed Benyfit Raw?

It’s all about real ingredients you can recognise. 🥩🥕🌿

Take a look at this photo and you can see some of the ingredients that go into the recipes including:

🥩 Quality meat – the main source of protein
🦴 Bone – providing a natural source of calcium
❤️ Offal – including nutrient-rich liver and kidney
🥕 Vegetables – included in selected complete recipes
🌿 Botanical ingredients & extras – depending on the recipe

And because Benyfit offers a range of different recipes and proteins, you can give your dog some variety too. 🐶💚

From Duck, Turkey and Chicken to Beef, Lamb, Goose and Venison, there’s plenty to choose from.

No mystery meat. No guessing what you’re feeding.

🐶👃 DID YOU KNOW? Red KONGs are also used for scent detection training!

Because they can be sterilised to remove scent and are manufactured consistently, they’re ideal for teaching dogs to search for a specific odour. 🐾

And your dog’s nose is pretty amazing. They have around 300 million scent receptors, compared to our 5 million! 👃🤯

They were born to sniff, so scent work is a fantastic way to provide mental stimulation while letting them do what comes naturally.

Thinking about trying a dog training class? We highly recommend giving scent work a go! ❤️🐶
