Why Puppy Intro Grooms Are So Important 🐶

The first grooming experience can shape how your puppy feels about being groomed for the rest of their life.

Our puppy intro appointments aren’t about achieving the perfect haircut, they’re about building confidence, trust and creating positive experiences.

During their visit, your puppy will be gently introduced to:
🛁 The bath
💨 The dryer
✂️ The sound and feel of grooming equipment
🐾 Standing on the grooming table
🤍 Being handled in a calm, patient environment

We work entirely at your puppy’s pace, using lots of praise & reassurance to make grooming something they enjoy rather than fear.

A positive start can help prevent anxiety, stress and behavioural issues during future grooming appointments, making life easier for both you, your dog & your dog groomer ✂️
