In this job, winters are tough -they separate the men from the boys. Your first winter as a dog walker really helps you figure out if youre a dog walker or not. Long, wet cold months take theyre toll, not to mention the endless stream of wet stinky dog towels.
But summer ☀️
Although these heat waves are brief and currently not too regular, the stress of orchestrating our diaries is a lot.
Meeting the needs of the owners and dogs, navigating rules, regulations and guidelines. Monitoring the ever altering (ever unreliable) weather apps.
A dog never died from missing a walk.
