To all our valued customers,
We have been made aware of reports of a serious virus currently circulating in the Ellesmere Port, Flintshire, and Cheshire areas. It has been reported that a number of dogs have required urgent veterinary treatment after developing symptoms associated with this illness.
Symptoms may include:
● Vomiting
● Diarrhoea
● Frothing at the mouth
If your dog is showing any of these signs, please keep them away from other dogs and seek veterinary advice as soon as possible.
To help protect all of our clients and their pets, we kindly ask that you do not attend your grooming appointment if your dog is unwell. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment once your dog has recovered.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep all of our furry friends safe.

Molly came in yesterday for her first dental cleaning session. Her mum mentioned that she can be a little wary of men, so Dave took the time to build her confidence, getting to know her and helping her feel comfortable on the floor before moving onto the table.
