We are hiring a temporary team members for our Chester, Christmas Market & Cheshire Oaks stores.

If you love dogs then you’re already ticking the most important of our boxes 😏 it’ll be chilly but a fun and festive time, and you’ll get to meet a bunch of happy, tail-wagging dogs each shift.

Today is our 4th birthday 🎂🎈

What a year we’ve had, thank you to our loyal customers, holidaying visitors, online shoppers, suppliers, wholesale customers and most importantly the doggies 🐶

We’ve been pretty busy this year:

🦮 launch of our first own branded harness sets
🛍️ 2nd year at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet
✨ 3rd year at Chester Christmas Market
🎅 opening of the first DIY advent calendar experience in the UK in our New Chester Market store
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 second launch of our own harness sets in tartan
🦴 expanded D&C into more shops, cafes & garden centres
🎈 celebrated in style with dog Pawty’s
🧣 our own branded scarves have arrived!

Aaron Chett captured some amazing shots of our pawty pups 📸🐶, and our Paw of Fame is absolutely on 🔥. At this rate, we’re going to need another board! 😮‍💨🐾

Our next Pawty will be at our Cheshire Oaks Tuk Tuk 🛺 and will be packed with fun challenges, tasty treats, and of course... a pawty bag! 🎁🐕

We’ve had an incredible week. Our pawty was a great success!!!

In such a volatile retail climate, our customers continue to show up for us, and we never take that for granted.

At Digby & Champ, we understand that costs are rising for everyone. We truly appreciate every single person who chooses to shop with us. Things are tough at the moment, and sometimes it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But seeing so many happy customers makes it all worthwhile.

Our stores and team are committed to delivering the very best service. We often hear stories about experiences at larger pet shops not feeling quite the same. At Digby & Champ, you’ll always receive one-to-one customer service and we care.

We are incredibly grateful for your support. We’re hanging on, we’ll keep going, and we’ll continue doing what we love….giving dogs the very best!
