Important notice regarding Animal Health Certificates ‼️

As of yesterday they have changed - the animal must now be physically examined on the day of issue (for cats, dogs and ferrets travelling to the EU). Please give us notice on when you expect to travel so we can book in for a double appointment as close to travel as we can. The price has also increased by £47.50 to reflect the increase difficulties of these appointments. (May vary for other species and countries - please discuss with the vet as soon as you know you might want to travel)

Phantom’s own phantom of the paw-era 🎭
Lovely little Phantom spent some time with us last week being treated for pancreatitis and was the perfect patient.
Pancreatitis occurs when the pancreas becomes inflamed, causing vomiting, stomach pains, loss of appetite, lethargy and diarrhoea. Causing poor phantom to feel extremely poorly!
After a few days on fluids, pain management and lots of cuddles from the vets and nurses he is back home finishing his recovery. ❤️‍🩹
We really do love this little man and his lovely owners. We hope you’re feeling better phantom!

There’s nothing we enjoy more than seeing your pets recover nicely after their treatment 🥰
This is Remi, his lovely owner noticed some facial swelling and rushed him straight to us, on examination Remi had some very sore teeth and gums! After an emergency dental and some TCL from his family he is back to his normal handsome self and was signed off today at his post op check. He even took a treat home to eat later 🐾

Gorgeous delicious squishy boy alert! 🤩
Staff pet Piggles arrived in style and visited us for a health check (and cuddles) and made himself right at home! He was mesmerised by the photo of the cat on the poster on the wall 🐱 he definitely made our day 🐈‍⬛

Yesterday we had the pleasure of looking after Jinx and Miss Sootabelle Von Nightzoom for their spay procedures yesterday. These gorgeous girls were perfect patients and enjoyed lots of post surgery cuddles (and treats!) happy healing girls 🐈‍⬛

Our star of the week is…Star! ⭐
This gorgeous little guinea pig spent the day with us for a lump removal that was attached to her upper tooth! The whole incisor had to be removed but this didn’t phase Star at all, she was eating and p**ping as soon as she woke up (and we love it when the small furries p**p!)
Did you know guinea pigs have a set of back teeth (pre molars and molars) as well as their 2 front incisors? Meaning they are still able to eat just fine if the incisors need to be removed.
We loved looking after Star and she got lots of snuggles from the nursing team. Happy healing lil potato girl 🩷
