Max The Schnauzer

Max had his first full groom since he started his puppy introductions. A little wiggly for his face but we got there in the end. His parent opted for a softer approach to his eyebrows and a short managable muzzle. He is a complete delight and spent most of his time on the table trying not to nod off. Hes either very relaxed or Im just very boring !

Betty has to be the most docile puppy I've ever met. She was so relaxed and comfortable that she kept falling asleep. For her first ever puppy intro she was a complete star from start to finish. Puppy appointments are about building positive relationships and associations so that the grooming salon is always their favourite place to be. Can't wait to squidge her little cheeks again.

Reggie 🥰

The biggest Cavalier I have ever seen but with a heart to match. Struggling in the heat and in anticipation of our next heat wave we decided on a short clip.

Shaving cheeks & chins short gives cavaliers a "facelift" - leaving Reggie looking rather dapper !

Lovely Lottie in for a complete clip off.
She came equipped with a muzzle and primula to do her nails as not even the vet can do them. But after spending some time building some trust I managed to do them without the muzzle and completely stress free.
People are quick to label dogs aggressive or reactive for nails- but sometimes a calm environment and a quiet salon can make all the difference.

Little Charlie is only a puppy and has had his first full groom. He was very happy to have some length off now that its warming up. We are still practicing sitting still for his face trim so for now we have to make do. He still looks like the sweetest little bean 😍

Max the Schnauzer- I have a few "Max the Schnauzer" on my books but I have never met a white one. You wouldn't know it but Max is actually an OAP- he has a very fair coat that meant we couldn't go to short otherwise it would expose his pink skin. He was a complete gentlemen and thoroughly enjoyed his groom, cant wait to see him again in 6-8 weeks.

Luna & Wolley

Having been recently rehomed they both needed a new look. They had previously been clipped all over in one length which left them looking less than fabulous so I decided to turn them into a pair of stylish teddy bears.

On a side note- I see so many dogs with decaying front teeth due to the hair not being shaved off under the nose. The hair is sucked in every time the dog wets its nose and becomes a breeding ground for bacteria and contributes to rotten teeth and bad breath, another example of how regular grooming promotes the health and well-being of your Precious Pooch.
