Its been brought to our attention that some of our clients haven't received gate codes through the automated system, however there has been no rhyme or reason as to why.

We contacted Acuity and they have pointed me into the direction of the below screenshots.

In order to receive the automated text message, a checkbox must be ticked upon booking, agreeing to Acuity's terms of service and privacy policy, and to receive sms communications re upcoming appointments.

Whilst we cannot make this an obligatory requirement, we do strongly suggest that you tick the box upon booking if you would like to receive the gate code via text.

Please do see screenshots for more info

Thank you, and we truly hope this solves any issues you are having!
