π±π Autumn doesn't mean the end of flea season!
Has your cat been scratching more than usual? As the weather gets colder and we turn the heating back on, fleas can continue to thrive indoors.
Flea eggs and pupae can linger in carpets, rugs, bedding and soft furnishings, with warmer temperatures helping them emerge. So even if your cat spends less time outside, it's important to keep up with flea prevention. π πΎ
Here's how to tackle the problem:
πΎ Treat all pets with a suitable, recommended product. Never use a dog flea treatment on a cat.
π§Ή Vacuum carpets and soft furnishings, and wash bedding and cat beds regularly.
π
Keep up with your pet's recommended flea treatment schedule to help break the flea life cycle.
