COVID-19 Message From Our CEO
14/05/2020 - NOW TAKING BOOKINGS
Hi all, hope everybody is staying safe and enjoying this sunny weather 🌞
Due to the government update over the last month, unfortunately, we have had to close for business temporarily. I am now happy to announce that we are back open and taking bookings for dog walking, unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer pet sitting or any in-home services, this is in the interest to protect all our amazing customers, our staff and our family it just isn't possible yet.
There is a slight change to the way we are operating so that we can keep everyone safe, but still open and provide services to our wonderful customers.
🦴All of our staff will be wearing masks and gloves, this is in the effort to prevent the spread.
🦴We are now running on a contactless system, this involves the paperwork, collection, and drop off. We will send all paperwork via email, for those of you who don't feel comfortable using email, we can post the forms to you for you to fill in and send back. The collection and drop off will also be contactless which involves us knocking on your door, stepping back to the correct 2 meters, then collect the dog when safe.
🦴We will also be running a contactless payment service, whether that is cash in an envelope at the correct 2 meters
or bank transfer.
🦴Please contact a member of the team on 02393 114 664 as soon as possible, if you develop any COVID-19 symptoms and are expecting a dog walk.
We will continue to monitor the situation and make changes as relevant, we are also operating in accordance with Government and Pet industry Federation Guidelines

We are delighted to announce that we have launched our mucky paws champion scheme which entitles any NHS staff member or military personnel a 10% discount
