Cawthorne Cat Hotel We are a small family run boarding cattery with super-spacious indoor rooms, outdoor balconies, underfloor heating, and big windows with great views.

Here's Alastor and Albus enjoying bedtime playtime. I always spend time with each guest at bedtime, tailored to each guest's needs. They might have some treats, a meal, cuddles or an interactive toy. Cats are often at their most active at dawn and dusk so this is a great time to spend quality time with them 😻

Our catnip samosas are always popular! Here's Sansa, Bertie, and Arya enjoying one each on their stay. Customers are always asking me where I get them... I sew them myself out of scraps from my fabric stash! Guests are welcome to take them home, and there is always a jar of fresh ones in the kitchen if you need more supplies. Time to get working on another batch 😅

Due to a couple of cancellations, we have two fantastic summer holiday slots now available:

🏡 **Double Room:** 9th–16th August
🏡 **Family Room:** 25th August–3rd September

If you're planning a summer break and still need somewhere special for your cat to stay, these dates are now available to book online via our website.

Please note that our minimum stay during the school holidays is 7 days.

These spaces are unlikely to be available for long, so book soon if you'd like to secure your cat's holiday too! 🐱💛

We’ve had a last-minute cancellation and now have a **double room available from today until 1st June** — including the **Bank Holiday Monday** and the whole of **half term week**!

If you need a space for your cat (or two cats sharing), get in touch as soon as possible 💛

Due to a few recent cancellations, we now have some rare last-minute spaces available this summer:

Every day I send photos and videos to all the guests' mums and dads to let them know how their kitties are doing. Here's a tiny taster showing what our lovely guests are up to today. Berio is busy learning how to use his stairs on 3 legs, and having fun playing with a feather, Dave has some health issues at the moment but thankfully she's eating lunch today (and yes, Dave is a girl 💕). Nala is playing in the kitty pool, Ronald is having fun with a rainbow ribbon, and baby Bebe was watching him through the window and wanted her own rainbow ribbon, and then her big brother Dingli joined in. He's partially sighted but I think he likes the swishy noise. Ellie is enjoying fusses and playing birdie in bed, which is Honey and Pearl's favourite game too, and Bear is trying out a curly ribbon. Fifi is munching biscuits on her balcony and her sister Lulu is fishing them out of puzzle feeder 😃😍

Our 2026 diary is filling up fast, but we do still have a few lovely longer-break windows available — in most cases we’re down to our **last room** for these dates:

• 9 March – 3 April
• 30 April – 14 May
• 5–13 May
• 7–12 June
• 23 June - 1 July
• 20 August – 3 September

These stays can all be booked online now on our website.
