Spanish dressage rider Andrea Baliarda will be holding a series of dressage clinics at Catesby Equestrian where you and your Spanish horses (any breed welcome) can come and enjoy a 45min private lesson.

What lovely weather we had for yesterday's clinic at Catesby Equestrian. A glorious day in this beautiful setting. The arena was perfect and lots of super combinations to work with. Great to see so much improvement in everyone throughout. Many thanks to Lesley Wilson Boyd and Paul for all the efforts that are made to provide us with such a first class arena to train in. Always appreciated by us all. Look forward to seeing all of you who have booked for May.

I'm delighted that Ruth Fisher Bit and Bridle fitting Consultant is back at Catesby Equestrian on Sunday 26th April.

If you are having issues you feel could be bit / bridle related, or if you would just like to check all is as good as it can be, Ruth will check your current bit and bridle and suggest tweaks, or explain if she believes your horse would be more comfortable in a different setup.

A session with Ruth includes an assessment of your horse's oral and head anatomy, discussing history and any issues you are having. Then Ruth will see you ride your horse then make/suggest changes so you can ride the horse in the new bit and bridle from the large range she carries, to feel the difference for yourself. N.B. You will leave with all details of sizes and where to buy any bit or bridle recommended - there is no pressure to buy anything on the day.
