Last week I said goodbye to a very special member of my dog walking family. The handsome Maverick.

It’s hard to put into words how much joy and happiness Mav brought to my house visits.

His wagging tail, gentle nature, smiley face, huge hugs and unique personality made every day brighter. Mav wasn't just a client’s dog, he became a friend, and it was a privilege to spend time with him.

My heart goes out to his family during this difficult time. Thank you for trusting me to be part of his life and for all the wonderful memories we shared.

Run free over the rainbow bridge, Mav. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. ❤️🐾

Shout out to this one, Tess. Oldest and slowest of the whole BB gang, sometimes hates having to get up to go out, always walking behind the rest, but loves it when she's out and trots along happily every time 🐾
