There is currently algae present in the lake at Hillsborough Forest which may produce toxins that are a serious health risk to humans and pets if in contact with or ingested.

As these toxins can accumulate in fish please do not catch or consume any fish from this water source.

Update 31/7/2023. This wee one will be fostered by one of our nursing team for foreseeable future.

Please do not make enquiries regarding rehoming as we will not be in a position to reply. We will provide an update on here if there are any changes.

Thank you for sharing, and hopefully the original owner will be found 🤞

Do you recognise this week one? Handed in to us, found straying at central station . Not microchipped ☹️ proof of ownership required
