“Can I have more information?”
A question I get asked multiple times a day every single day when selling horses. When I see it I groan, roll my eyes, or if I’ve had a particularly long day, mentally cuss out the person asking me it. There quite possibly isn’t a question I despise more as a seller!😂
I’m honestly flattered that so many people think I’m talented enough to read minds but unfortunately telepathy is not one of my many skills ✨
When I’ve written an extensive and detailed advert that describes the horse’s personality, its height, age, breed, competition experience, history, quirks, vices and medical history and also added on my location, phone number and the price of the horse I’m not actually sure what information is left to give!
But you may have specific questions, or things you felt were not answered in the advert and that is absolutely fine. Please ASK ME THOSE QUESTIONS😂🙏🏼 because if one more person asks me ‘for more information’ expecting me to psychically know what allusive ‘information’ to give them I might go legitimately insane.
“Can I have more information” always answered by me with “What would you like to know that wasn’t in the advert?” Because believe it or not some people actually don’t read the adverts I write. They’ll ask me a thousand questions then ask for the location and go “Oh you’re too far!” Or ask the price and go “Sadly over budget” when both of these pieces of information were clearly stated in the advert and now everybody’s time has been wasted.
I’m more than happy to answer any and all of your questions to match you with your perfect horse no matter how silly, detailed or specific they may be! But if one more person asks me for “more information” I’m going to get locked in a padded cell.
