Happy Sunday from one of the least chilled reptiles we have here 🤣

Tokay Geckos have quite the reputation for being feisty and defensive, and they’re certainly for watching rather than handling 👀

Despite their sometimes confrontational nature, they’re still an incredible species to keep! Tokays need a tall, secure, well-ventilated setup with plenty of climbing opportunities, branches, cork and foliage to explore and hide amongst. They appreciate a warm, humid environment, making them an ideal candidate for an impressive bioactive setup 🌿

One of our favourite monitors has made a return, and we’re SO pleased to have Ackie monitors back in stock! 🙌🏼

Ackies are a fantastic species - intelligent, incredibly active, full of personality and endlessly entertaining to watch. They stay at a more manageable size than many other monitor species, but still have all the curious, inquisitive behaviour you’d expect from a monitor.

They’re also brilliant eaters and, with a suitable size, enriching setup, can make incredibly rewarding pets.
