It’s been another busy few weeks welcoming lots of familiar faces back, as well as meeting some lovely new ones! 🥰🐶

Plenty of countryside walks, wagging tails, happy faces and, of course, lots of fuss along the way. 💚

You’ve probably been stuck in the horse traffic at some point while dropping off or collecting your pooches! 🐴🐶

Meet Annie, our little miracle bottle baby ❤️

And if you’re wondering why you haven’t seen much of Mark lately when dropping off or collecting… he’s probably on b**b duty 🍼😂 or catching a very quick five-minute snooze while we take it in turns! 😴

Just a quick reassurance that all of our guests are happy, safe and keeping cool.

💧 Fresh water available at all times

🌳 Cool, shaded kennels

🚶 Walks moved to early mornings and late evenings to avoid the heat

Your dogs' welfare is always our number one priority 🐾

🌡️🐾 Heat Stroke in Dogs – Know the Signs 🐾🌡️

With the warmer weather here, it's important to keep an eye on our four-legged friends.

⚠️ Signs of heat stroke can include:
• Excessive panting
• Drooling
• Lethargy or weakness
• Bright red gums or tongue
• Vomiting or diarrhoea
• Confusion or wobbliness
• Collapse

If you suspect heat stroke:
✅ Move your dog to a cool, shaded area
✅ Offer small amounts of cool water
✅ Use cool (not ice-cold) water on their body
✅ Contact your vet immediately

🚫 Never leave dogs in cars
🚫 Avoid walking during the hottest part of the day
🚫 Make sure fresh water and shade are always available

Remember: if it's too hot for you, it's probably too hot for your dog too.
