‼️Polite Customer Notice ‼️

I completely understand that things can crop up, but I do need dogs to be collected at their agreed time where possible.

As I work on a one-to-one basis, I don't have cages or crates for dogs to wait in after their appointment.

Prompt collection is especially important as some dogs may become unsettled or reactive when other dogs arrive or leave, and I always aim to keep the salon environment calm, safe, and stress-free for everyone. I also need to leave at a set time for the school run, so unfortunately I can't always accommodate late collections.

If you are running late, please call or send me a message as soon as possible so that I can make any necessary arrangements.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping me keep appointments running smoothly. 🐶✂️🪥
