✨ Sound Journey Cardiff Bay ✨

Join me for a deeply immersive sound journey at the beautiful Victorian Studios a hidden gem tucked away in Cardiff Bay, known for its calming yoga and massage space.

This session is designed to gently guide you out of the noise of everyday life and into a state of deep rest, release, and reset. Using carefully layered sound from grounding tones through to lighter, uplifting frequencies we’ll support the body and mind to soften, process, and restore balance.

Whether you’re holding stress, feeling stuck, or simply need space to breathe, this is your invitation to lie down, be held by sound, and let your system do what it naturally knows how to do.

🎉☕ CABIN COFFEE DAY - TWO WEEKS TODAY! ☕🎉

Just a little reminder that our much loved Cabin Coffee Days are making a return, and we're now only two weeks away! 🩵

If you've been supporting Many Tears for a while, you'll probably remember these wonderful events, where animal lovers come together to enjoy delicious homemade treats, try their luck on the tombola, meet fellow animal lovers, and spend time at the rescue while helping to raise vital funds for the animals in our care.

This time we'll be hosting our Cabin Coffee Day in our large barn, giving us plenty of space to relax and chat. Well behaved dogs on lead are welcome in the barn area, but are not permitted inside the main rescue.

If you would like to tour the rescue we will have guided showarounds at 11am and 1pm. 🐶

Whether you've been supporting Many Tears for years or have never visited us before, we'd love to welcome you.

Dogs are always communicating… most people just don’t know how to read it.

That “yawn” isn’t always tiredness.
That “turning away” isn’t being shy.
And that “overexcitement” isn’t always happiness.

These are signals. Warnings. Boundaries.

When we learn to understand dog body language, we don’t just prevent stress, we prevent situations from escalating altogether.

Because a dog that feels heard… is a dog that feels safe. 💛

And sometimes, that safety starts with something as simple as giving them space.

Forgiveness is not about rewriting what happened. It is not about saying it was okay. It is not about excusing harm.

Forgiveness is about choosing where your energy lives.

When we hold onto resentment, anger, or injustice, our nervous system stays tethered to the past. The body doesn’t always know the difference between remembering and reliving. Stress chemistry circulates. Muscles tighten. The story keeps replaying.

Forgiveness is the moment we say: This belongs in my history, not in my present.

It is not condoning.
It is not approving.
It is not forgetting.

It is creating space.

Space in the body.
Space in the mind.
Space in the heart.

And in that space, something else can grow.

✨ Gratitude anchors us to now.
Where forgiveness releases the past, gratitude roots us into the present moment. When we consciously notice what is here, breath, warmth, connection, lessons, resilience, the nervous system shifts. Safety signals increase. Perspective widens. We return to agency.

Gratitude says:
“I choose to inhabit this moment fully.”

Together they are powerful.
One unhooks you.
The other grounds you.

Its always a pleasure holding space in Tonypandy. Sound Journeys evolving into Sound Ceremony, working with the season and the elements is truly a gift.
