** FOUND dog ** This wee fella was found wandering the road around Corpach this morning. We’d really like to get him home. Brown, young entire male Terrier. He is chipped, however there are no associated details. PLEASE SHARE, and contact the Practice on 01397 70 21 72 if you have any information.

Due to staff illness, we are currently operating with reduced staffing levels. This may mean that our response times and appointment availability are slightly affected.

Our team are working hard to maintain the level of care and service we provide, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this period.

Thank you for your continued support. BNV 🐾

We received this glowing review from tourists after we treated their lovely little bulldog two weeks ago, whilst they were on holiday locally.

"Hello

Can I express our thanks for the treatment we received from your vet Neil, we feel it was above and beyond what some of our local vets would have done.

Today we saw our local eye specialist and we are happy to report to you that Maud has almost made a full recovery due to the treatment she was given, our eye specialist stated that it was due to the aggressive treatment that she is doing so well. Apart from weaning her off the steroid she needs no further treatment.

Again many thanks to you all.

Richard"

🎄🐾 We need your pet pics! 🐾🎄

We’re putting together a 2027 Calendar and we want BNV clients' pets to star! (We meant to do this last year, but time ran away with us).

We’re looking for your favourite photos — cute, funny, daft, handsome, grumpy… whatever shows off your pet’s personality! 😂

We’ll be choosing the best ones - dogs, cats, horses, sheep, cows… we really don’t mind. The more variety the better! 🐶🐱🐴🐑🐄

Post your photos HERE by 12th October.

We can’t wait to see them! ❤️

❤️ We thought you might like an update on the progress of Mr Cat/Kaiser Roy, the stray cat from Roy Bridge ❤️

Take a look at these photos - he is living his best life! His new owner reports that he's fully settled in and has the general run of the house.

He's very active and doesn't seem to be affected too much with his operation; managing to get about and onto just about everything in the house.

He LOVES his cuddles and tummy scratches, as well as his new treat ball which he's very adept at emptying on a daily basis.

He's even been outside a few times, just around the garden, but comes back of his own accord. He even delivered a wee rodent present last week which he was incredibly proud of. Nothing wrong with his hunting skills. 🤣

🐾 We’re extending our OPENING HOURS! 🐾

We’ve been getting busier, so to help meet demand and make it easier for our clients to get an appointment, we’re opening 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday, effective next week!

We’re really pleased to be able to offer some extra availability and hopefully make things a little easier for you and your pets.

Thank you for your continued support — we really do appreciate it! BNV ❤️

🐾 APPROVED TRAINING PRACTICE 🐾

The good news just keeps on coming!

We’re really pleased to announce that we have recently been externally examined, and have officially been certified as an Approved Training Practice with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

It’s something we’re really proud of, as supporting student vets and nurses is an important part of what we do here at Ben Nevis Vets.

A huge thank you to all of our team for the time, patience and enthusiasm they put into helping students learn and develop — and of course to all our lovely clients who allow our students to be involved in their pet's care.

We’re looking forward to continuing to help train the next generation of vets and nurses. ❤️

Well done, team BNV! 👏🐾

🏆 We've been NOMINATED!!! 🏆

We recently found out that the practice as a whole, AND several of our fantastic team members have received a number of nominations for the Petplan Veterinary awards 2026!

We’re genuinely chuffed to have been nominated - It means a lot to the entire team to have the work we do recognised.

A big thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate us – we really do appreciate it. ❤️

We’ll keep you posted with the results, but for now we’re just going to enjoy the fact that we’ve made the shortlist! (And hope we make it to London, baby!) 🐾
