We had our yearly vet and council inspection yesterday and got great feed back and we are super proud of all the team (2 and 4 legs) thank you to all our clients who continue to use us for lessons, loaning and livery 😊 Massive thanks to all the staff who work hard all year round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Important please read:
Hi just wanted to make all clients aware that due to horse welfare we spend hours each week sorting horse lists to make sure all horses do a fair work load. We appreciate clients have their favourites but you are assigned a horse per lesson by your instructor and from now on please note there will be no swaps allowed so you will be allocated a horse and this horse is the horse you will be riding in your lesson for that day, if you are unhappy with the instructors horse choice for that day you will be unable to ride a different horse but the full fee will still apply. At BFFEC we are very lucky as our horses are safe and riding a different variety of horses improves your riding. For their welfare, each horse has its own maximum weight and rider height and the amount of lessons it can do each day so this is why we cannot switch horses around. If you have any issues with your allocated horse please do not put your instructor on the spot and make them feel uncomfortable as they are no longer allowed to change clients away from the pre arranged allocated horse on our daily lists and it is also not fair to eat in to peoples paid for lesson time asking instructors to change your horse. If you would like to raise any issues please do them directly to the work phone and we will reply on the next working day within our office open hours. Many thanks BFFEC
