A big thank you to everyone who has been amazing over last last week, moving appointments to the cooler times of the day and putting the dogs welfare first I appreciate you all.

On another note water seems to be a problem at the moment and many local areas are losing their supply, at the moment we have water and have our fingers crossed to remain that way but will of course contact anyone with a groom booked if we do loose water supply.

Two years Tilly has been coming to me when we first started she was nervous mess from the minute she arrived sometimes not even wanting to get out her car with fear. Two years in and she’s a completely different dog she now jumps out her car with excitement and on her last groom jumped up onto the table completely relaxed and ready for her groom. Her owners where happy every time going to her pace and what she was comfortable with and even if that meant she went home damp because she had mentally clocked out, I’ve always been able to listen to her and when enough was enough and this video just brings me so much joy seeing what a difference time, consistency and trust has done she’s a completely different dog now and it makes my heart smile seeing her with so much confidence.
