Permanent Closure

The Dogworks Cannock

It is with such sad news that we announce the permanent closure of The Dogworks Cannock.

This has not been a easy decision. We have built the business up through sheer hard work and determination with pride and love for what we do and have we been dog grooming in Heath Hayes for over twenty years.

But

There is a possibility that we may loose our premises. The building is going to be sold and we are unsure of what is going to happen when the sale goes through.

In these current uncertain times it has been really difficult running a small business.

With astronomical costs of rent, electric, water, staff wages, accountants fees, equipment, shampoo etc we feel we can not withstand the costs any longer.

We have had met some incredible people and beautiful dogs over the years. ❤️

We feel so honoured that you have chosen and trusted us to groom your dogs. 🐶

Some of you have been coming for years now and you are part of The Dogworks family! 😍

We have had some happy, fun and sad times. We have groomed your puppies for the first time. We have sadly lost older dogs or prematurely lost some which broke our hearts too..💔

We have also had a lot of laughs 😂 along the way.

We are going to miss you all so much! 💯

There is some good positive news though!

Gaynor will continue dog grooming and is going to work for:-

Canine Capers
Unit 3
Apex Business Park
Norton Canes
Cannock
Staffs

To make an appointment with Canine Capers

Please call ☎️ 07779 175383

Yvette will welcome you and although very busy will try and get you in with one of her team members.

Rachael, sadly will no longer be dog grooming for now but possibly may return in the future. She is going to miss you all so very much! 😚

We hope that most of you have now been advised.

Apologies if you have not heard from us. We are still going through the diary and are trying to let everyone know.

We, Thank you 🫶 once again for using The Dogworks over the years.

We are going to miss you and your lovely dogs so very much!💕

Take care

Lots of Love

💔 Luna is still out there... but we need your help.

This latest CCTV footage confirms that Luna is still in the local area, giving everyone hope that she can be safely reunited with her family. See comments for the footage.

However, the specialist trap being used by The Max and George Trust has gone missing, putting the search at risk.

To ensure the search could continue without delay, ChaseTV has stepped in and paid the £600 needed to replace the trap. I've increased the target to £700 as remembered we need to pay GoFundMe fees and it adds a little extra for their rescue.

Now we're asking our amazing community to help us cover that cost.

If the original trap is recovered, that's fantastic. It simply means The Max and George Trust will have two specialist traps, allowing them to help even more missing dogs in the future.

If you're able to donate, no matter how much, we'd be incredibly grateful. Every pound will help keep the search for Luna going.

🙏 ** The GoFundMe link is here https://gofund.me/c93b2c8f6 **

Even if you can't donate, **please share this post.** Every share helps more people see the appeal and brings us one step closer to raising the £600 needed to replace the trap.

Together, let's do everything we can to bring Luna home. ❤️
