🐾✨ A little late, but still full of cheer! ✨🐾
Apologies for the delay in posting — I was unfortunately unwell over Christmas and into the beginning of January, and also had a family emergency to deal with. This is the first opportunity I’ve had to share this with you.

Huge congratulations to Denzel on winning our festive giveaway! 🎉
They’re taking home some dog-shaped chocolates (for the humans 😉) and an interactive dog toy that squeaks and crinkles — guaranteed fun all around!

As we welcome the New Year, I also want to say a massive thank you to all my amazing clients for your support, trust, and loyalty this past year. 💛
I’m so excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to continue working with you all in the year to come.

Here’s to a happy, healthy, and tail-wagging New Year! 🥂🐶✨

If you’d like to book in, please feel free to message or phone me on 07359 736690 via WhatsApp, or send me a message through Facebook Messenger — I’d love to hear from you! 💬📞

🐾✨ First Full Handstrip for Bonnie! ✨🐾

Look at gorgeous Bonnie! 😍 During the summer, this brave girl came in for her very first full handstrip — and at just 8 months old, she absolutely rocked it! Such a little superstar! 💪🛁

What is handstripping, and why do we do it?

Handstripping is a grooming technique used for wire-coated breeds. Unlike clipping, it removes dead hair from the root, which helps maintain the coat’s natural texture and vibrant colour 🌟.

✅ Benefits of handstripping:
• Keeps the coat healthy and harsh, just as it should be
• Encourages strong new hair growth
• Helps the skin breathe and stay clean
• Preserves the beautiful colour and shine of the coat
• Reduces shedding around the home!

We’re so proud of Bonnie for being so calm and patient throughout — a real natural already! 💕🐶

🌞🐶 Time to Shed the Winter Coat! 🐶🌞

As the days get longer and the temperatures rise, it’s the perfect time to transition your pup from their cozy winter groom to a lighter, cooler summer style! ☀️✂️

Winter grooms often keep coats longer to help protect against the cold, but with summer just around the corner, a shorter cut can keep your dog more comfortable and make outdoor play a breeze 💨🐾

✨ Benefits of a Summer Groom:
• Helps keep your dog cool 😎
• Reduces matting and tangles 🧼
• Easier maintenance between grooms 🐕
• Keeps your pup feeling fresh and fabulous! 🌸

Book your summer grooming session today and let your dog strut into the season looking (and feeling) their best! 💖

🌟 Meet Our Golden Oldie! 🐾✨

This sweet senior pup is a gentle reminder of the joy and love our older dogs bring into our lives. As they age, their needs change, and regular grooming becomes even more important to keep them healthy and comfortable.

Why Grooming Matters for Older Dogs:
🛁 Health Check: Groomers can spot early signs of lumps, bumps, or skin issues.
✂️ Comfort: Regular trims prevent matting, which can cause discomfort or even pain.
🐾 Hygiene: A clean coat and trimmed nails help reduce the risk of infection.
💆‍♀️ Relaxation: Grooming can be a soothing experience for your senior pup.

The Power of a Maintenance Groom:
A maintenance groom—regular brushing, trimming, ear cleaning, and nail clips—keeps your dog feeling their best between full grooming sessions. It’s especially helpful for older dogs who may get tired during longer appointments.

Let’s show our senior pets some extra TLC! 💛 Whether they’re golden in fur or golden in years, they deserve the best care.

🗓️ Book your grooming session today and keep your golden oldie shining bright!
