The cloud-based IT program we use to store our records (VetIT) is experiencing a nationwide outage.
This means that our access to records is not possible. This has severely affected our ability to access your pets’ records. In turn, dispensing, invoicing and issuing receipts is nearly impossible.
As this is affecting everyone using VetIT, we have been assured that it has been given absolute priority.
We sincerely apologise for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.
