🐴 The Final ‘Own Your Own Pony Day’ of the Summer ☀️

This Tuesday saw our final Own Your Own Pony Day of the summer holidays — bringing a wonderful few weeks of riding, learning and plenty of pony time to a close.

A special thank you to Tracey for her superb contribution and for helping make our OYOP days such a success. 👏

Throughout the summer, our young riders have experienced all aspects of pony ownership — from riding and grooming to plaiting, washing, feeding, leading, tacking up and stable management.

Alongside the practical skills, there has been plenty of fun, new friendships and, of course, lots of time spent with the ponies. 🐎

It has been lovely to see our riders grow in confidence and independence while enjoying and developing a real understanding of the care and commitment that comes with having a pony of their own.

✨ Thank you to everyone who has joined us this summer and helped make the OYOP days so special.

If your child has enjoyed the experience, keep an eye out for our future Own Your Own Pony Days and our other pony experiences — we’ll be announcing our Autumn dates soon! 🐴

What a fantastic event for Caistor! The Tour of Britain is passing through our local area today, bringing some of the world’s top cyclists right through our doorstep. 🙌

Our final Intermediate Hack of the summer took place this week and a wonderful time was had by all.

We enjoyed a ride across the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside with lots of off road hacking across stubble fields and meadows at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

It was a perfect way to round off our summer hacking calendar.

We have had quite a few requests to continue our group hacks; we are currently putting together our Autumn itinerary 🐴🍂 so watch this space for updates !
