🐶Customer announcement🐶 I have updated my availability for June & July; these appointments are being snapped up fast! If the weather is mild I may be able to offer a few more appointments but there's no guarantee that will happen. I will be keeping an eye on the weather and if I determine it's safe to book in more dogs I'll let you know over the weekends as to what I have available. Due to the fact that I am so busy I have come to the decision to close my books to new customers, this is purely so that I can maintain my workload and ensure all that dogs can keep to a regular schedule. As some of you are aware I do have an online booking system, customers have been experiencing some issues with regards to logging in. I have recently been to a dog grooming event where I spoke to some people from Shake your tail (the company who runs the booking system), and they have explained that when you log in for the first time you may need to select 'forgotten password' and change a password despite if you've never logged in before. This is because when I add your details into the system it creates an account for you and it automatically generates a password although it doesn't tell me what it is. When you log into the system for the first time it will make an account for you, if it recognises that I've already made an account for you, to prevent duplication of any details, it will require you to change the password that was assigned to you when I initially added your details to the system.
I hope that makes sense 😅 Shake your tail are planning on making several updates over the upcoming months to make everything run smoother and better, so please, let me know if you have any issues and I can always pass them on.

I only have about 9 slots left for a full groom between now and my annual leave. (I may have more availability if the weather is mild but I won't know until I check the weather on the weekends).
