🌧️ WINTER IS COMING… AND YOUR OLD HORSE DOESN’T NEED TO SPEND IT IN THE MUD. 🐴❤️
Let’s be honest… our winters seem to be getting wetter and wetter every year.
For an older horse, months of deep mud, constant rain and standing around in wet fields isn’t ideal — and as an owner, it can be heartbreaking to see.
That’s why our Retirement Livery at Harts Farm Stables is different. ❤️
🏠 We have a large, airy winter barn where our golden oldies can come in when the weather turns awful.
No standing for hours in torrential rain.
No wading through knee-deep mud.
No worrying about waterlogged fields.
No waiting for the ground to dry out.
Instead, they have a dry, comfortable place to spend the worst of the winter, with plenty of care and attention.
Then when the weather improves, they can enjoy our lovely grassy turnout again. 🌿
Because retirement should be about comfort, care and enjoying their golden years — not battling the British winter. 🥰
