Worth noting

Everyone knows to check their pets for ticks, frequently.. but did you know that you must also check their mouths?

Terms & Conditions

*Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment and do not delay collection, unless arranged prior to the appointment. Charges of £5, after every 15 minutes, may be applicable for late pick-ups. The groom will be cancelled if you arrive over 15 minutes late, as this has a knock on effect for all my appointments and you will be liable for full payment.

*Payment to be made on completion of the service provided please. I will need to take payment up front if I am repeatedly chasing payments from serial offenders. Sorry, I just don’t have the time for chasing up.

*Dogs that require a full clip off due to excessive matting, will be charged an extra £10 on top of your normal groom. Not only does matting cause discomfort to your dog, resulting in a difficult, lengthy, groom, it also causes excessive wear and tear to my equipment. You will be advised accordingly if this is applicable.

*Please ensure that 48 hours’ notice is given if you are to cancel your appointment. I will reasonably expect charge of the full groom if the required notice is not given.

Many thanks
