MEET VINCENT!

This handsome boy is Vincent, who recently came to see us at our Mildenhall branch for his castration.

Vincent was a very good boy throughout his visit and, after his procedure, he enjoyed plenty of cuddles and some well-deserved rest while recovering.

We hope Vincent is back home enjoying lots of cuddles and treats! 🐱

Today we’re saying a Massive goodbye to our lovely vet Eleni as she heads off on a new adventure! 🥹

Eleni has been a valued part of our team, and we’d like to say a huge thank you for all her hard work, dedication and the care she’s given to our wonderful patients and their owners.

But it’s not goodbye forever! We’re delighted that Eleni will still be popping back to help us out with the occasional weekend shift, so we’ll still get to see her familiar face from time to time!

We wish you all the very best for this next chapter, Eleni. Good luck with everything, and we can’t wait to hear all about your new adventures!

❤️Marshall came to visit our Thetford branch for his castration. On recovery he enjoyed some well-deserved rest in his very own cosy bed. ❤️

Our Thetford branch is looking for donations of old newspapers to help us line the kennels.

If you have a pile of newspapers at home that you no longer need, we would be incredibly grateful for them!

🚧 IMPORTANT UPDATE – OUT OF HOURS SERVICE 🚧

🚗 TRAFFIC & TRAVEL UPDATE – BURY ST EDMUNDS PRACTICE 🚗

Please be aware that essential gas works are due to begin next week, which may affect your journey to our Bury St Edmunds practice.

📅 From Monday 28 September
🚧 Western Way will be temporarily closed to through traffic, with works expected to continue until 26 October.

A signed diversion route will be in place, but delays of around 15 minutes are expected, so please allow some extra time when travelling to your appointment.

🚨 If you are bringing your pet to us for an emergency during working hours, please speak to the Cadent gas works team on site and let them know you are travelling to the veterinary practice with an emergency. They should be able to assist with access and help you reach us as quickly as possible.

🐾 For routine appointments, please allow extra time for your journey and plan your route in advance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while these essential works are carried out.

This beautiful girl is Luna!

Luna came to visit us last week for her spay after she woke up, she was feeling a little brighter so she enjoyed having a mooch around our little garden area.

She certainly seemed to enjoy taking in all the sights and smells before heading home to continue her recovery. ❤️

We hope Luna is recovering well at home and soon back to your happy self! ❤️
