Hello fellow followers, i could do with a bit of advice. This has played on my mind for nearly a week.
A not so lovely customer left us a 2 Star review on google.
"Very Bad" was his view of us.
Here is the back story, of which, we shouldnt have to justify our decision of not having his pets back for another stay.
Two cats arrived for a weeks stay here Windy Hill Pet Boarding.
Upon signing in the owner admitted that he had been gotten by one of them trying to load the carriers.
Openly admitting they were semi feral and that there was only him who could get near them. Due to GDRP i am unable to show the messages when i sent him an update of the cats.
Semi Feral is an understatement. I have never encountered puss cats quite like it. Launching, spitting and guarding the entrance gates to both run and bedroom. The staff and my daughter deserve a medal!
The welfare of my staff is always paramount as is of any pet that stays with us.
All i will say is, his toys went out the pram!!
Do i respond politely? Very Bad? Elaborate please
Do i respond all guns blazing and call him out? (not very professional i know)
