This morning I received some (not just one) offensive messages from an ex client! The gist was that I'm horrible & everyone hates me! Now, I don't mind if people like me or not. It's entirely up to them & is something that has never bothered me. If you are nice to me then I'll be nice to you but if you don't respect me or my business then that works both ways too.
I do mind giving discounts to people though & then being talked to like dirt, so this post was going to be an end to all discounts post & I'll earn myself an extra £100+ a week! BUT I've had a day of very lovely hooman clients, my kind landlord popped in just to see how I am & a client who lost her dog earlier this year came in for a catch up 🥰 I also looked in the diary & realised that I'm fully booked for the next 6 weeks so maybe not everyone hates me 😂
So I'll continue the discounts for now, but seriously if you are going to accept a discount from a small business for years then don't be vile to them. You can dislike me quietly 😘

Today I groomed new boy Stanley 🐶 There is no photo of him as he does not appreciate being groomed 🙈
Luckily he has got lovely hoomans who appreciate Stans quirky personality & helped me to groom him. He went home with a tidy body & head & a scruffy beard. Stan tells you off good & proper if you go near his beard 😂 Hopefully he may want to have a tidy beard in the future 🤞
So here is a picture of my much deserved wine, a grumpy Max & some of the boxes we are living with 🙄😂

🌟🌟DISCOUNT PRICES 🌟🌟

I give discounts for long term, loyal clients whose dogs are groomed on a schedule that is needed for that dog.
Dogs that go over the schedule will be charged at full price. Prices are on the board in the salon.
Discount prices are my way of saying thank you, but aren't something that I have to do.
I have had a couple of people try to extend the time between grooms who have then been rude to me when I've charged them the full price.
I always try to be fair but I am a business & if your dog takes me longer to groom then I have to be paid for the extra work.
As always, thanks to the lovely people who appreciate that I give you discounts 🐶😇😊
