We appolygise for grooming cancellations sat and today!
Not the last few days that I was expecting at Littlegems pet shop.
Sadley our cat, got under a tractor mower in a freak accident sat, and ended up with surve head injuries. Hes had to undergo emergency vets and life saving meds, an oxygen box, heart scans, organ scans, chest scans and today eye surgery to remove his left eye, clean his wounds followed by more meds and recovery. It's been a scary few days, not knowing if he was going to pull through. If he had gained issues with his heart, or he had a bleed on the brain.
But all going well today he has come out of it all with just an eye damaged, and removed, a few deep cuts, but they have healed well and lots of stress.from his ordeal. We have no idea how he managed to survive, but equally we are so relieved he's still with us.
Don't take animals for granted, spoil them, cuddle them walk them, treat them, they are literlly my world! No matter what animal they are, They give us so much love, entertainment, mental reasurance, they help us get out, make friends in the park, they are incredible, and so resilient!!
