🐾🌟Meet Bella!

This October, we’re celebrating a very special girl, Bella, who has officially been accepted as a Therapy Dog at Great Ormond Street Hospital! ❤

Each week, Bella will be helping to bring smiles, comfort and a little bit of home to children, families and hospital staff. She’ll even be supporting physiotherapy and specialist therapy sessions, helping children through exercises, reducing anxiety and providing plenty of cuddles along the way. 🥰

With her gentle nature and instinct for knowing when someone needs a cuddle, we think Bella is going to be absolutely brilliant at her new role.

And just look at her proudly showing off her new GOSH Therapy Dog bandana! 🐶💙

Congratulations, Bella! We’re so proud to have you as our October Pet of the Month! 🏆🐾

🍂🐾 ALL THE AUTUMN FEELS! 🐾🍂

It’s officially the season of crunchy leaves, muddy paws, wagging tails and dogs who suddenly think EVERY pile of leaves needs investigating! 😂🍁

The countryside is turning fifty shades of orange, the air is getting that lovely autumn chill, and our four-legged friends are absolutely LOVING life! 🐶🧡

🍁 Leaves? Must roll in them!

🍂 Puddles? Must jump in them!

🐿️ Squirrels? MUST CHASE! (Nice try, Fido! 🤣)

And us dog walkers? Well, we’re swapping sunglasses for woolly hats, embracing the muddy boots and wondering how it’s possible to bring half the countryside home in our shoes! 😂🐾

But honestly, is there anything better than happy dogs, beautiful autumn colours and a good old countryside adventure? 🥰

🐾 Franchisee shoutout! 🐾

A huge well done to We Love Pets Coggeshall for organising a brilliant fun dog show at the Coggeshall Carnival! 🎉🐶

There were wagging tails, impressive tricks, adorable puppies and some very worthy winners! 🏆 From Tuppence taking Cutest Puppy, to Lily winning Most Handsome Golden Oldie, Saffie showing off her dance moves and Mocha taking home Waggiest Tail AND Best in Show! 👑🐕

There was even a Guess the Treats in the Jar competition with exactly 70 treats being the winning guess! 🍖

And let’s just say Otto left his own special mark on the arena.🤭💩

What a fantastic community event. Well done, team Coggeshall! ❤️🐾

🐾 When 110kg+ of dog hears you might have treats… 👀😂

“Excuse us… what have you got there?” 👃👃

These two handsome boys are two of our longest-standing customers — over FOUR years with us ❤️ — and they also happen to be our two biggest, weighing in at over 55kg EACH!

That’s a whole lotta dog… and we love every single ounce of them! 🥰🐾

After all these years of walks and adventures together, I’m VERY excited that I’ll soon be moving in for a house sit with these two. 😍

Although judging by this photo, I suspect the concept of personal space may need some negotiation. 🤣🤣

110kg+ of dog. Two enormous noses. Zero boundaries. ❤️

Wouldn’t have it any other way! 🐾

☀️🐾 SUNDAY FUNDAY! 🐾☀️
Who ordered summer in September?! 😂🌞
Here we are, almost at the end of September, and we're still enjoying sunshine and lovely warm weather! ☀️ Not that the dogs are complaining! 🐶❤️
Today's walking companions are this gorgeous Lab and my very own little Shih Tzu, making the most of the sunshine, sniffing all the smells and enjoying a little Sunday adventure. 🐾🥰
It's days like these that remind us just how lucky we are to spend our days out and about with such lovely four-legged friends. ❤️
Although, at this rate, we might need to rename September "Second Summer"! 😂🌻

🐾 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 🐾

Meet Frodo, the fabulous 10-year-old Sphynx cat! 🐈

Sphynx cats were developed as a breed in the 1960s and are known for their extroverted personalities, intelligence, and strong bond with their humans. Frodo certainly ticks every one of those boxes!

Frodo is at the heart of family life and has a personality that is hard to ignore. His interests include controlling his humans into providing treats, bird watching, sleeping on his human's bed and knocking items off shelves whilst maintaining direct eye contact. 👀🤭

Being a Sphynx, Frodo needs a little extra care including weekly baths to care for his delicate skin and sporting jumpers in the colder months.

Frodo also has a mischievous side and his latest escapade included peeing on his human's sandals when he realised they were packing to go on holiday! 😼

He may be mischievous but his cheeky character, intelligence and affectionate nature are exactly what make him so special. Tasha from We Love Pets Bury St Edmunds absolutely adores Frodo and feels honoured to care for him. ❤️

🦆❤️ When your duck clients greet you like you’re their favourite dog walker! 😂

Tonight’s visit was with these adorable little characters, and honestly… they absolutely come charging over to say hello just like dogs do! 🥹🦆

I’m not sure whether they’re expecting dinner, a cuddle, or just very excited to see me… but I’m definitely not complaining! 😂

It’s one of the things I love most about what we do — no two visits are ever the same, and we get to look after all sorts of wonderful animals. 🐶🐱🐰🐔🦆❤️

Who needs dogs when you’ve got ducks this excited to see you?! 😂🦆

🐾 WHAT. A. MONDAY! 🐾

Well, today has been one of those Mondays! 😂

A HUGE shoutout to India Wyatt and Dawn Cartwright, who absolutely smashed it today and between us, we covered all of the walks and kept everything moving. 💪🐾

And India deserves a special mention because she clocked up a ridiculous 28,000 steps! 😳👣

TWENTY. EIGHT. THOUSAND.

At that point, I think her legs officially belong to We Love Pets. 😂

There may have been a little bit of juggling, a lot of driving, plenty of dog walking and probably more “where are we supposed to be next?” moments than we’d like to admit! 🤣

But that’s what you do when you’ve got a brilliant team — you pull together, get the job done and make sure every single pet still gets the care they deserve. ❤️

So, India and Dawn… you absolute superstars! ⭐️⭐️

Now we’re all putting our feet up and pretending tomorrow isn’t Tuesday. 😂🐾

Meet Lilly, Caramel & RooRoo! 💚🐹

The We Love Pets Norwich team have the pleasure of looking after these three adorable guinea pigs every July when their owner goes away for a few days and they’re always a delight to care for!

Their sweet little squeaks are the perfect welcome when the team arrives (especially when they know mealtime is on the way! 🥬). From refreshing their bedding and water to keeping their enclosure clean and making sure they’re happy and comfortable, the team love giving them the care and attention they deserve.

Small pets may be little, but Lilly, Caramel & RooRoo certainly have big personalities! 🐾✨

Meet Bluey! 💙 This handsome boy belongs to Jo & Ryan - our Founder and Managing Director - and he's very much part of the furniture at head office. Whether he's supervising the garden from his favourite wall or pouncing on a feather toy, Bluey keeps everyone on their toes (and steals plenty of cuddles along the way).
