Happy 11th birthday Ryan. I’m not sure how old he is but we’ll go by his passport. If you knew Ryan when I first adopted him over 6yrs ago he’s was mentally & physically broken he was a shell of a dog, even if looked at him he would hide in a corner & shake, I picked him up from the transport van covered in wee & so skinny as he was so scared. It took a long time to earn his trust but it was all worth it. He’ll never be the dog which comes for a cuddle like my other dogs but that’s okay, he knows to come to me when he’s scared & he likes being talked to by me. And the screaming which comes out of him when we get to the woods 😂 he might be a lot more white now & his sight isn’t as good as it used to be but he’s a happy boy. Oh & he steals all the chews & takes them to bed when no one looking 😂

Canicross season is starting back soon so I’m not always around at weekends & some Friday I need to finish earlier to get to wales or doing silly stupid long runs at weekends. But obviously still give me a message & if I’m around I’m happy to help. Training for a 50 miler ultra again for March 😬
