IMPORTANT NOTICE.
This week we have had 9 no show appointments as well as same day cancellations. This impacts our business massively.
Slots are reserved especially for you, and last-minute cancellations often cannot be filled.
Out of respect for our time and other clients waiting for appointments, a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours is required. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the grooming fee and late cancellations will result in a 50% fee. If this fee is not paid you will not be able to book with us going forward.
We are currently switching to an online booking system to ensure this can run smoothly.
