🚨 DOG OWNERS: BEWARE THE FOX POO ROLL! 🚨🦊💩

We all know that moment—your dog is happily rolling in the grass, and suddenly, that absolutely horrific, musky smell hits you. Yes, they’ve found fox poo. 🤢

While it’s a "delicacy" for them, it’s a nightmare for us. But did you know it’s actually dangerous?

⚠️ Why Fox Poo is Dangerous:

Parasites: It can carry roundworm, tapeworm, and hookworm.

Lungworm Risk: While not directly transmitted by p**p, fox f***s attract slugs/snails that carry the deadly lungworm, and can infect your dog.

Bacteria: It contains bacteria like Salmonella or E. coli, causing tummy upsets.

🛠️ How to Clean Your Stinky Pooch (The Solutions):

Act Fast: The longer it sits, the harder it is to remove.

Rinse First: Use warm water to remove the solid muck before shampooing.

Specialised Shampoo: Regular dog shampoo rarely works. Use a specialized "Fox Poo" dog shampoo (e.g., Animology Fox Poo Shampoo or Wahl Dirty Beastie) which uses enzymes to break down the odor.

Natural Remedy: If you’re caught short, try a paste of baking soda and water, or a 1:3 mix of vinegar and water to neutralise the smell, followed by a shampoo.

Wash Gear: Don't forget to wash collars, leads, and harnesses!
