It’s been very busy recently polishing up the dog’s nashers 🦷

To prevent further moderate plaque/tartar build up after a teeth cleaning session, continue to book your dogs’ 30 minute maintenance sessions at the salon, while cleaning your dog’s teeth at home on a regular basis- just like you would yourself!
It only takes 4 hours after a dog has eaten for the plaque to build up…

Very late finish but happy international dog day today 🐶

I feel extremely lucky every day to do the job I have.
All of your dog’s are one big family of mine, and they continue to listen to my nonsense daily when I haven’t got anyone to talk to at work- (Poor animals!).

I, most importantly have Billy to thank for.
This dog has very much proved himself this year and saved my life.
I couldn’t have got up everyday if it wasn’t for him waiting for me.
He has been there every minute of every day, absorbing my grief as well as his own.

Humans are great, but dog’s are superior.
Here’s to our four legged best friends 🐾

Good morning all-

A notice for all that the dog salon will be closed from Monday 27th July - Tuesday 4th August.

You can still make contact with me regarding appointments during this time.
The only dates within this period I will not make any communication, will be from Friday 31st July - Monday 3rd August.
Billy & I will be spending time away alone for the first time.
The phone will be off so any messages left will be replied back to Tuesday 4th August.

I am fully booked till Monday 24th August.
There are only three appointments left for August (25th & 27th).

Good morning to you all from Billy & I.

For those who have asked, I am back to work but my working hours are still limited.
There might come a time I might need to cancel & reschedule appointments due to personal situations but I will always try my best not to.

I’m ensuring my work & personal life is balanced more preciously, spending more time with Billy, particularly on Saturdays where I will only be doing half days.
Saturdays are fully booked till mid August so booking in advance is a must.

As I continue to take each day with baby steps, I kindly ask not to be asked any personal questions about recent events when you see me, particularly at work.
Every day is extremely hard, as it was the first day and so being at work, is the only part of my life that hasn’t changed and I want to continue to do a job that I’ve always loved doing.
Please remember, there are 2 families, a work place & friends still mourning so I kindly ask please respect us all during a raw time in our lives.

On a positive note, I can’t thank you all enough for the love & support given, particularly to those who have had appointments rescheduled and working at my own pace the last 6 weeks.
The patience shown, takes a huge amount of stress away.

This is the hardest thing I’ll ever have to say in my life, and it seems so cruel I have to say these words.
I’ve been putting this off every day for social media purposes but I’m aware that customers need to know my current working/personal situation.
Having to message each individual person is draining me.

My beautiful partner Matt, sadly died this week. My heart has been torn.

I’m taking each week as it comes & will make contact with you regarding rescheduling appointments when the time is right for me.

I need to be left alone to comprehend everything, but your kind messages haven’t gone unnoticed and the support keeps me going each day.
