CUSTOMER NOTICE - EXTRA MEASURES TAKEN FOR THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF DOGS DURING HOT CONDITIONS
In the interest of always putting the health and well-being of dogs first during extreme heat conditions, we have put in place the following measures during temperatures of 25° or over:
In our Groom Room we do not use hot dryers on dogs. Instead we carry out a full groom and cool shower without drying at a reduced rate. (Please enquire for more details).
In Doggy daycare we keep the dogs cool indoors and wet all day using wet towels, high oscillation fans on, awning, and blackout blinds when necessary. Only a short walk first thing in the morning if cooler. Access to the garden is limited to toilet breaks.
