Hi all! 👋

We’ve been incredibly busy over the summer holidays, trying our best to fit in all your dogs for their summer haircuts and help keep them cool. 🐶✂️☀️

This has meant that we’ve often been unable to answer the phone during the day and have fallen a little behind with our admin and returning calls.

☀️ Hot Weather Notice – Keeping Your Dog Cool During Their Groom ☀️

With the warm weather here, we’ve put extra measures in place to keep your dogs as cool and comfortable as possible during their groom.

To help us out, please follow these simple tips:

🐾 Bring your dog in on an empty stomach (but make sure they’re well hydrated)
🐾 Make sure they’ve had a toilet break before arriving, so they feel relaxed
🐾 Avoid walking them prior to their groom, including walking them to the salon
🐾 Drive them to us in an air-conditioned car/ run the aircon prior to getting in the car to ensure it's cool
🐾 Please let us know if your dog has any health conditions that may be affected by heat

Starting the groom with a calm, cool pup helps us keep them safe and comfortable throughout their visit. Thank you for your support! 💛
