If you’ve been part of the Farm community for a while, you’ll be well acquainted with our iconic event posters. For the past 20 years (!!), we’ve been lucky enough to work with our absolute favourite illustrator, ursula freeman torres 🇵🇪🇬🇧, who is also part of our Supported Green Care & Farming team. We love you Ursh!

To celebrate 20 whole years of Ursula’s posters, she’ll be exhibiting them through the years as part of the St Werburghs Arts Trail this weekend.

We’ll also have a limited run of tote bags featuring one of Ursula’s designs, available to buy, with some proceeds going towards the Farm.

Alongside Ursula’s exhibition, we’ll be hosting an array of other brilliant local artists at the Farm. Check out the Arts Trail brochure to find out more.

Our Autumn Fair will take place on Saturday 17th October at our magical Boiling Wells woodland.

All funds raised go to the core costs of running our community space and charity that supports disadvantaged children, adults with learning disabilities and people who experience barriers to accessing green spaces.

Meet the performers joining us at this year’s Autumn Fair!

From Georgian polyphonic singing and Bristol ceilidh tunes to folk-rock, reggae, ska and interactive storytelling, there’s a brilliant mix of music and performance lined up for the afternoon.

Last week, one of our Supported Farming and Green Care groups spent the morning at Boiling Wells prepping and pressing apples to make juice! 🧃

It was great to celebrate the near changing of seasons make use of our beautiful woodland which will soon be orange. Most importantly, one of our participants, Andrew, said the juice “tasted brilliant”! 🍎🍏

Our Autumn Fair is back!

Join us in the Boiling Wells woodland on Saturday 17 October, 12 - 5.30PM for an afternoon of live music, farm food, family activities and a little bit of autumn magic.

We’ve got a brilliant line-up of live music and performance, including Karyo, .bristol, , and Julieda, alongside:

🍎 Apple pressing, autumn crafts, nature games and spooky face painting

🎃 St Werburghs City Farm sausages, homemade pumpkin soup, coffee, cake and more

🍺 The Grumpy Goat Bar, with b**r donated by Bristol B**r Factory, mulled c***r, alcohol-free drinks and soft drinks

🌿 A Farm Stall selling fresh produce and handmade arts and crafts from our groups and participants

👻 A fancy dress swap - bring along your kids’ old costumes and see if you can find something new to wear

Fancy dress encouraged — think woodland creatures, witches, autumnal magic and spooky season.

Adults £6 | Teens £3 | Under 12s FREE

CAN YOU HELP US GET ON THE ROAD AGAIN? 🛻

Cheers truck, Alex is crying! We hate to see our wonderful Sites Manager in this hysterical state… Can you help?

Our trusty Farm Truck has served us well, but its time has come to an abrupt end. We don’t need anything too fancy, just a working small pick-up or panel van with a tow bar.

On a more serious note, this has put a stop to our Livestock activity on the Farm at a crucial moment. If you can help out, please get in touch or share with your networks. Send us a DM or email [email protected] 📧
