🐾 Important Notice Regarding Flea Treatments 🐾

We would like to remind all clients of the importance of keeping up to date with flea treatments and checking your dogs thoroughly before attending their grooming appointments.

This year, we have noticed an increase in fleas and a reduced effectiveness of certain flea treatments. To help prevent the spread of fleas within our salon, we kindly ask that all dogs are checked before their appointments.

Please note. If fleas are found on your dog during their appointment, an additional £10 flea treatment and cleaning fee will be added to the cost of the groom. This covers the use of flea shampoo, as well as the thorough cleaning and sanitisation of the salon and equipment to prevent the spread of fleas to other dogs.

We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all our furry clients. 🐶❤️

Price increase for Mobile visits ‼️

Unfortunately due to the increasing cost of fuel, that is constantly rising, I’m having to increase my prices for any Mobile visits I complete with immediate effect. I will be adding on £5 to each visit.
If you prefer not to pay the increase I’m more than happy for you to travel to me and I’ll add them to my working diary at home.

I apologise for this and for anyone that knows me will know I hate doing it 😢

Sad post ‼️😢 but also a happy one 🥳🥳

After 12 wonderful years with us at Mucky Pups, it is with mixed emotions that we have to say goodbye to Katie as she begins her exciting new chapter of a new job which she starts on the 28th September.

Katies last day at Mucky Pups will be Friday 25th September.

During her time here, she has been a great asset to me and everyone she has worked with. She has not only contributed so much through her hard work, dedication and commitment, but she has also become a very special part of my family.

Her presence, kindness and friendship will be greatly missed by everyone. It certainly won’t be the same without her and i will always remember the many years we have had together with working, holidays, parties and seeing you everyday as our 2nd daughter 😢😢❤️❤️

Although we are sad to see her leave, we are also excited for her as she embarks on this new beginning and her next adventure.

We wish you every happiness, success and fulfilment in all your new ventures Katie Jones

Thank you for everything you have done over the past 12 years. You will always be a valued and much-loved part of our family and at Mucky Pups.

We had the pleasure of Frankie today at Mucky Pups. Frankie is 14 weeks old and came in for his first little puppy groom and an introduction to the grooming process. It’s always a good idea and recommended to start this from a young age and get them used to the process before the longer grooming sessions begin at 6 months.
Frankie was a superstar and loved having a cuddle ❤️❤️
