Things every dog owner understands… 🐾

The muddy paws.
The stolen sofa space.
The walks you absolutely did not feel like going on.
The toy that lasted approximately 4 minutes.
And somehow… you’d still choose them every single time.

Not every dog can enjoy a normal off-lead walk - and that’s exactly why secure dog fields can be so useful. 🐾

Here are 3 reasons you might want to give one a go:

🐕 Safe off-lead time
Let your dog run, sniff and explore freely without worrying about roads, escaping or unexpected encounters with other dogs.

🎓 Training & recall
A secure space gives you room to practise recall, focus and other training without the distractions (or pressure) of a busy public park.

🌿 A space that’s theirs
Perfect for dogs who are nervous, reactive, easily distracted, or simply prefer a little more space from other dogs.
Sometimes, off-lead freedom just needs a few more boundaries.

Ready to let them run? Click the link in our bio to reserve your space. 🐶 Love Holly 💚

What we’ve been up to at The Pet Smiths this week… 🐾

It’s been a busy one for our boarding doggies! From settling in and getting to know the gang, to walkies, playtime, cuddles and all the little moments inbetween- our boarding days are anything but boring 🐶

And when we’re not busy looking after our four-legged guests, we’re in the shop stocking natural products, organic dog treats and sustainable goodies- with coffee and a chat for the humans toooo!

About Kingswood this weekend? Pop in while you’re out on your walk, bring the dog and come and say hello 🐕☕️

Ever wondered what your dog actually gets up to when they stay at The Pet Smiths? 🐾

From the moment they arrive, it’s all about making them feel at home — plenty of time to explore, play, get out for walkies, enjoy their meals and treats, and of course, plenty of time for a good nap.

Because dog boarding should be more than just somewhere to sleep. It should feel like a little holiday of their own. 🐶

Going away? Let us look after them while you’re away.

Not every dog loves a kennel — and that’s okay. 🐾

Some dogs simply feel happier somewhere that feels a little more like home.

That’s where our home-from-home dog boarding comes in , located at The Pet Smiths, Kingswood- Bristol. 🤍

We keep their routine familiar, give them plenty of love and attention, and make sure they have a comfortable, relaxed space to settle into while you’re away.

Because boarding shouldn’t just be a holiday for you… it should feel like one for them too. 🐶🏡
