Deposit & Payment Reminder

Please remember that deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking.

If a deposit is not received within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the space will be offered to someone else.

I simply do not have the time to keep chasing payments or repeatedly checking whether deposits have been received.

Also, please remember that the remaining balance for all boarding stays must be paid 2 days before drop-off. If payment has not been received by this point, the booking may be cancelled and the space offered to another customer.

FINAL MEET AND GREET

My final meet and greet of the summer is this evening.

If you are booked in and planning to attend, please can you confirm your appointment with me today. Unfortunately, I often have people not turn up or arrive at the wrong time.

I have back-to-back appointments throughout the evening, so please only come to the door at your allocated time slot.

My books for new boarding customers will now be closed for the summer.

For daycare enquiries, I will be offering a phone call and trial session only over the summer period, as I am simply too busy to accommodate meet and greets during my busiest months.

Beach Day Cancelled ☔🌊

Unfortunately, I am cancelling the beach day tomorrow due to the weather forecast.

The time we would be at the beach is expected to be very wet and windy, and I don’t feel it would be enjoyable or safe for the dogs.

I will be contacting everyone who is booked in today. I will either arrange an alternative date as soon as possible or provide a full refund if you are unable to make the new date.

Existing customers - BOARDING SPACES 2026

If you haven’t already booked your holidays in with me for this year, please do so as soon as possible as I am about to close my books for 2026.

Odd days, short stays and weekends should still be fine, but availability for stays longer than one week is now extremely limited.

To avoid disappointment, please get your dates booked in as soon as possible.

Please also remember that deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking. I simply do not have time to keep chasing payments or repeatedly checking my bank account to see if deposits have been received. If your deposit has not been paid within 48 hours, I will unfortunately have to cancel the booking and offer the space to someone else.

Deposit amounts:
• Stays under 7 days – £30
• 7-day stays – £50
• 10-day stays – £75
• 14-day stays – £100

Meet and Greets this evening:

Unfortunately, I’ve decided to cancel all meet and greets scheduled for this evening, as I still have no electricity in half of my house.

As my next planned meet and greet evening isn’t until July, I have decided to hold one final meet and greet evening next week before closing my books again.

If you are currently booked in for tonight, I will be messaging you shortly to rearrange your appointment for next Tuesday evening.

Meet & Greets This Evening

If you are booked in for a meet & greet this evening and haven't already confirmed, please can you contact me today to confirm your attendance.

📍 Address:14 Bridge Road, BS15 4PW

You are welcome to park on either of my driveways at numbers 14 or 16, or park across either driveway if needed. Please do not park across any neighbouring driveways.

⏰ The appointments are 15 minutes long and I am fully booked back-to-back all evening, so please arrive exactly at your allocated time slot.

🐶 You only need to bring your dog with you.

Due to the large number of people attending, I have arranged a second meet & greet evening tomorrow. If you would prefer to move your appointment to tomorrow evening, please let me know as soon as possible.

I will be holding one final meet & greet evening in July, after which my books will be closed for 2026.

Payment reminder:

Just a reminder that all walks and daycare payments need to be made by Sunday each week.

As it’s month end, I’d like to keep my books up to date and make sure everything is accounted for, so please can payments be made promptly.

Also, if your dog is boarding with me in early June, please make sure any outstanding boarding balances are paid as well, as boarding payments are due 48 hours before drop-off.
