Deposit & Payment Reminder
Please remember that deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
If a deposit is not received within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the space will be offered to someone else.
I simply do not have the time to keep chasing payments or repeatedly checking whether deposits have been received.
Also, please remember that the remaining balance for all boarding stays must be paid 2 days before drop-off. If payment has not been received by this point, the booking may be cancelled and the space offered to another customer.
