Would you Adam and Eve it ?! 🤣

After 10 days missing and not a single sighting, posters through doors and walking the streets every day, fostermum was driving down her road just now and there was a soaking wet Tabitha sat on the pavement. So our girl is now home, thank goodness :)

🚨🚨Help! 🚨🚨

Our longterm resident and sponser cat, Tabitha is missing :(

She sneaked out the front door when deliveries were being made and ran up the road. She has brain damage and is aggressive if approached - she will probably need trapping.

Rousham Rd area of Eastville, she has a Protect a Pet back garden so has never been further than that before and everything will be unfamiliar.
We've had no sightings at all and she must be hungry by now ..

Please keep an eye open for her and either mail us at [email protected] or ring us on 0844 2573525. She is chipped to her fosterer.

🚨 Applications suspended as our floof has proved very popular - we're just working our way through them all 🚨

Today we have a handsome ball of floof ❤️

Mr Fluffy was handed into a vet way back in March, he was chipped but the owner never responded to their, or our, repeated enquiries. We've had him ever since and, in those 7 months, not had any enquiries about a missing cat fitting his description, nor seen him on any Lost or Found sites, so it's time to find him a new home with someone who does want him.

Meet Fluffy, aka Mr Fluffy!

Just look at this handsome boy! Fluffy is a beautiful, big black-and-white cat with a heart that has been waiting to feel safe enough to shine.

When Fluffy first arrived with us, he was terrified of everything and everyone. He kept himself hidden away and wasn’t ready to come out of his shell or accept any affection. But with patience, perseverance and plenty of time, this lovely lad has shown us just how special he really is!

Fluffy has blossomed into a friendly, talkative boy who enjoys a cuddle, a belly rub and is really enjoying learning to play. It’s been wonderful to watch his confidence grow and to see the affectionate personality that was hiding beneath all that fear.

Now, this gorgeous boy is looking for a special someone who will give him the chance to continue flourishing. He will need an understanding, patient owner who is willing to let him settle at his own pace, respect his boundaries and give him the time he needs to build trust. He may take a little while to feel at home, but watching him discover that he is safe and loved will be so rewarding.

Could you be the one to give Fluffy his happily ever after?

If you have a little patience, a lot of love and room in your heart for a big, beautiful boy, Fluffy could be the perfect companion for you.

Fluffy would like to be the only pet in a calm, quiet home possibly with older children where he can have lots of love, affection and the companionship he now enjoys so much.

Fluffy would be fine as an indoor puss but a catio would be the icing on the cake. We suspect the outside world would just be far too scary for him now.

Theo is a young and playful boy. He wins your heart by being adorable, bringing you gifts (like dirty dish towels and whatever else he can find) and cuddling up beside you. Theo is not a lap cat but he loves companionship and will follow you around to demand your attention. Theo loves to play, he is extremely entertaining and in return, he needs entertainment from you. He is the perfect mix between energised and playful, and sweet and loving. We hope you enjoy his company as much as we have.

He's one year old and needs to be the only pet and he'd love a garden away from busy roads for all his energy.

🚨Another little puss losing her fosterhome Nov 3rd 🚨

The luscious Lily is looking for a home with another young cat :)

Lily is 10 months old, very lively and inquisitive and loves to play - she would love a partner in crime for adventures and zoomies!
Lily is a little sweetie, happy to be picked up and cuddled and shows her approval by purring.
So far she's been a house cat, but she's very keen to be out and about. Sitting on a windowsill watching the birds just doesn't cut it unfortunately - she wants to experience it first hand!

She'll need a garden away from busy roads/ catio and would be fine with children.

Urgent Indoor home needed for Ghost - she'll be losing her fosterhome on Nov 3rd so we'd like to get her sorted ASAP

Ghost is a beautiful pure white cat aged 11, who takes good care of her appearance. She is a calm and very affectionate puss who enjoys company and her favourite hobbies are eating and sleeping when she's not looking to be smoothed and fussed over.
She's very much a house cat who shows no interest in going out as she previously lived in a 3rd floor flat. She's having a dental this week but has no other health issues.

Neutered, chipped, had first vaccination plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.

Sparkle has a lot to say for herself!

Mostly a big thank you for saving her from a horrible life on the street with a badly injured eye that had to be removed. She has no wish to endure that existence again and has decided she's very happy now as an indoor/catio puss thank you very much :)

She's a friendly, affectionate little cat, happy to be picked up and stroked and in return she gives loud, contented purrs.
At about one year old, she's known too much hardship already and just wants a warm lap, soft hands and to be cherished for the first time in her life.

She'd be fine with children and needs to be the only pet.
She has a bit of a sensitive tummy so is on gastro biscuits and is absolutely fine on those and enjoys the occasional treat. She's just a sweet little girl who deserves some spoiling now.

Neutered, chipped, had first vaccination with 5 weeks free insurance.

Happy Caturday :)

"Hello! I wanted to share an update on Dora and Kiyo (now Cleo).

We took them on as a ‘foster to adopt’ on Sat 22nd August after registering our interest with you the previous week. Sue got in touch and shared a little about them both and we said yes that same evening.

A week later we collected them from their previous owner - they had been very loved and brilliantly looked after but due to a change in circumstance couldn’t be kept.

We had to go through the process of having them vaccinated, microchipped and neutered but as of today (15th Oct) we have officially adopted them.

We lost our gorgeous 14 year old black cat, Esme, back in early Jan - and felt totally lost without her. We also felt nervous getting another cat (or two) due to not wanting to replace her, and having had her for so long, feeling totally in sync and in a routine with her.

These two little scamps are such a delight, totally different to Esme and a real joy to have! They have brought us a lot of love and fun in a very short amount of time and we are thrilled to be able to say they are now ‘ours’!

Here are some pics of them!

Dora is totally bonkers…curious, affectionate, nosey, a bit naughty and very loving. Cleo (was Kiyo) is calmer and quieter but super playful and friendly, and watching them together is the best. They play and sleep together and are the sweetest little duo.

🪦🎃👻A spooktacular fundraiser for BWCR in honour of a much-loved and very missed little puss called Sushi 👻🎃🪦

Mandy has decked out her garden with some wonderful ghouls, ghosts and things that go bump in the night!

So if you're out and about half term week and especially trick or treating at Halloween she would love you to pop by. It starts when it begins to get dark 😱 until 8.30pm and she'd welcome donations of food or money for the many moggies in our care.
Saturday 17th until Saturday 31st October.

Meet Dutchess, a beautiful shybaby who was traumatised several years ago and now finds it hard to trust ❤️

From her mum:

"It has taken awhile to do this as it is a very hard decision; Dutchess is a beautiful natured cat, 6.5 years of age.
She will need someone who lives alone as she has extremely high anxiety and will go into hiding no matter who visits, even my children whom she used to be friends with, until I had some masked men push into my home with weapons several years ago. She has never really recovered and is anxious about everything except me.
I have a terminal condition otherwise I wouldn't dream of rehoming her. She'll need time and patience but she's so worth it.
She understands a lot of sentences including "What's mummy got", which means a treat.
"Do you want food" and she will go to her dish.
She has a favourite toy kangaroo and she roams between just three gardens. She likes to sit with the hedgehogs that visit my garden, but will chase the local fox and any cat that passes through!

Neutered, chipped, vaccinated with 5 weeks free insurance, Dutchess is still with her owner to minimise stress.

Retirement home wanted for Miss Marley ❤️

Marley is a gentle, 14 yr old, female cat looking for a cozy retirement home. Incredibly resilient and adaptable, she settles into new environments very rapidly and spends most of her day enjoying peaceful naps. She loves company, happily sitting next to you during the day and sleeping right at your feet at night—though she will affectionately make her voice heard in the morning if she thinks you have slept in!
As a mature lady, she cannot jump very high (only up to a typical chair height), and your furniture is safe from scratching.
Marley has hyperthyroidism and early renal failure so needs daily Thyronorm and a renal diet - BWCR will cover the cost of the meds and blood tests at Fernlea vets and go halves with you on the food :)
She would quite like a garden away from busy roads to explore and would be good with gentle older children who would respect her boundaries as she's not crazy about picked up.
