Also please please note🙏: The "hand on pavement rule" is a safety test used by pet owners to check if the pavement is too hot to walk a dog. To do it, press the back of your hand against the concrete or asphalt for 5 to 7 seconds. If it is too hot for your hand, it is too hot for your dog's paws!!🐾
