One day I get a call from a owner absolutely flat tone, "I understand you do special cases, can you perhaps groom my little lady?" I could tell she had been told no several times. As you know we are no limitations. So of course I invited them in. Little Shih tzu was turned away from every groomer, had untold health issues and aggression. She was just scared. I worked what people call my magic and finally Ms Shih Tzu could see again! On her last groom she was amazing. I cried to see the transformation she had made she stood on the table and let me love her and make her comfortable. The owners had moved over 2 hours away and even drove down to have her see me one last time before the 🌈 bridge beckoned. You are the reason we do what we do My Lady. Fly high ###
